This space need to be cool and simple as two very dramatic rooms come right off of it. To do that we incorporated custom wall color, a large pattern wool rug and interesting art and accessories, all of which complimented the adjoining rooms in style and color
The custom Balthaup kitchen was designed with a true chef in mind. The clean lines and muted colors were offset by the amazing artwork which was suspended from the ceiling. This space required a total renovation and thus every surface was customized to the owners preferances
This area, between the kitchen and family room, is a catch all for the family. Eating space for 3 high school boys, newspaper reading space for Mom and low key dining space. The marble topped Saarinen dining table and Paola Lenti outdoor chairs can stand the test of time with kids in the house, the Flotation Chandelier provides direct light when needed and ambient light for atmosphere all coming together to create a truly multi purpose space
Everything about this space was customized to the clients needs in entertaining and tastes. Clean crisp modern lines, interesting finishes and an amazing piece of art that is always a point of interest at every dinner party
AUd wanted this dining room to be inviting and atmospheric so we combined unique Gulassa dining chairs with a gold leather seat with a white washed Holly Hunt dining table and truly unique silk gold drapery for a unique juxtaposition of color, finish and visual texture
This amazing Perspex console table was custom made to add a barely there sculpture to a room already brimming with modern art
Incorporating flamboyant fabrics and unique accessories this lounge, which is open to the whole of the second floor, carries the colors from the ground floor upwards
The jewel box of the house, this panneled library was given a mega watt infusion with Persimmon lacquered walls, silk drapery, custom grey malachite finished desk and a super comfortable armchair in pebbled leather
Custom throw pillows and bolsters were added to this fantastic outdoor furniture from Dedon as well as unique accessories in order to bring the verve of the home outdoors in this sunny Calabasas back yard
Beautiful fabrics reflect the colors from the interior design and compliment the landscaping to make this lounge a super cool place to spend an evening
Forest dining chairs and a stunning table make dining outdoors an easy choice. This space is directly outside from the Dining Room and offers a pretty view and a pop of color!
Wall to Wall headboard with coordinating bedding, custom furniture and lighting as well as a stunning silk rug from Tai Ping make this bedroom all about making the client feel pretty and feminine
Antique sari fabric is lined inside the bedside lamps to offer a unique and different look at night
Custom details were tantamount to making this unit a success. Electrical outlets for hairdryer and beard trimmer were hidden behind so that items could always be plugged in, touch release doors and drawers for ease and a clean aesthetic as well as unique exotic veneer make this a truly special piece of furniture.
Nothing better than relaxing in an infinity tub, but what fun to have a chat with your loved one while you do:)

A teenager's bedroom is given a modern and dramatic look with custom throw pillows, Louis Ghost Chairs, Kartell lighting and a Custom headboard---all with materials made to stand the test of time and teenagerhood!

Incorporating the clients vast collection of maritime memorablia was a unique way to spice things up in this clean lined dining space. Leather dining chairs, glass topped dining table and hand blown glass vases make this space a place to party
Custom lounge chairs with wooden arms and grey linen upholstery were just what was needed to add elegance and comfort to this space
Pops of color throughout the house incorporate the owners love of all things grey, and a hint of red!

A warm and eclectic space filled with the art and memorabilia of the client bring about a comfortable room filled with texture and color
City living can lead to unique layouts. Here we have put the bed up against the windows but framed them with turquoise silk drapery and a headboard that still lets the light in. Custom bedding and fabrics make this an inviting space no matter what time of day
You can never go wrong with cool blues and sunny yellows in a kitchen. Inspired by my mother's 70s Dutch Oven, AUd injected some sun into this kitchen which is never without ambiance

This tiny house, big on heart, was staged for use by the owner as an AirBnB property. The small entry vestibule was fitted with a custom cabinet for jackets and umbrellas so that you could quickly move into either the Dining Room, shown here, or the adjoining Living Room
A one bedroom home got a massive expansion when we updated this Living Room which is staged for the owner as an AirBnB. The super comfortable sofa becomes a bed with the simplicity of moving the armchairs towards the bay window. Versatility was important and this room hits all marks
A kitchen built in the 1920s gets a modern update with the addition of Marble counter tops, glass mosaic tile and sparkling lighting! The original cabinets were updated with paint and hardware and the room given a serene grey touch of paint!
A classic design element updated in modern colors takes this kitchen from the 1920s into the new era! Carerra marble mixed into the tile design ties together the mosaic with the marble counter tops. Never a better place to enjoy some Seattle Coffee!
This expansive Master Bedroom is brought down to human level by combining a vintage leather sofa and oversized lamp in a generous reading area in addition to the beautiful King bed with hotel linens. Depth of color on the walls and in the accessories make this a room you could spend the whole weekend in!

In many ways, working with a family can require the eye and the experience of a designer with experience of and even having kids. In these cases, the clients were looking for utility and function with the softness, comfort and engagement of a room for kids to grow and learn.
